can't believe i did this, but i was feeling really sad and had just gotten out of the grocery and bought a box of thin mints from the scouts outside. i'm usually good about snacks.

but i ate the whole box, in the parking lot, and went back to the scouts and bought another box. they laughed at me... i deserve it. ugh.

i'm in a box....

i think my car and home have become like the safe little box i used to crawl inside to hide when we were kids. i just want to close the cardboard flap and vanish

not on a person, on myself, on my promises to myself. I want to kick my own butt and get on with my life, but just stand still... all the time.

i'm over 40, and had a lunch date (business) today. but they were running late, and i used it as an excuse to try and shake a funk. i went to micky d's and had a happy meal for the first time in, oh... 30 years. didn't make me happy, but felt pitiful

lazy and sad....

i always had energy, until i hit 35, then i got sad and lazy -- years later, i'm just sitting on a couch, watching the rain.
