i read about an old man who died in a restroom, and they found him the next morning when the store opened. Last night, i had a dream that i fell asleep in the same store's stall... and never woke up. not funny -- scary!

first, i'm a guy. second, i used to have a huge reaction -- worse than nails on a chalkboard -- to the sound of teachers cratching their hose with long nails. still makes me shiver 30 years and more later. last night, had a dream that i was forced to listen to that and i was curled up in a ball like a baby when i woke up and had a scratch on my leg, like i'd been scratching myself. continue reading »

had a horrible dream where i walked out to get my paper in the morning and the front page had a picture of me and 'tragic slaying upends quiet neighborhood' in the headline. i'm not ready to face the door much less death.

tin foil and bleeding books

i had a dream where all the floors and seats in my place were made of tin foil and got all hot and sticky and cut my feet up. then i tried to read a book and it was covered in blood.

driving to kill

scary dream -- i'm in my car, driving to kill people -- swearing and swerving to intentionally hit people. it scares me -- i've never hurt a fly in my life. what's the dream about????

spitting blood and bugs

literally, dreamt that i was writing with an old inkwell-type fountain pen, and dipped it in ink, then touched tip to my toungue and dropped dead. the text of the last line i wrotecouldn't read, but think omen???

poop, snakes, and pillows?

Not aisan, but have heard that poop dreams, snake dreams and some others are lucky. western folks think more linear -- death dream means fretting about literal or emotional death, for example.

What about last night's dream? It was about....

taking a shower. Nothing more.

straw dream that "sucked"

had a dream where i imagined myself old, with no teeth. I had to eat everything through a straw. made me want to floss 20 times a day. scared the hell out of me. saw teeth all falling out and rotten and swear in morning, my mouth hurt! Am i the only one who's had this dream?
