OMG thats exactly y so many ppl are against that type of relationship. All people see is a perverted older man trying to take advantage of an innocent young girl. If the feelings are there and there is true potential then nothing else should matter. Sex is part of a healthy relationship. Its not the relationship itself.

Dated a 30-year-old when I was 19, myself--thing is, I quickly discovered that we had absolutely nothing in common, and the age gap had a lot to do with that.
But if you truly feel connected to this girl--despite the gap--age shouldn't prevent you from trying anything.

Ok well I'm kind of in the same situation. Except I'm the 18 yr old. He's 26. It's not as bad. But I think that if both of you are comfortable then nothing else should matter. Me and my bf or well now recent ex bf still have feelings for eachother as if I were his age or he was mine. It doesn't matter. All I know is that you can't help who you have feelings for; regardless of their age, race, etc.

I am married to a 32 yr old man and I'm 19. We are expecting our first child ( his and mine ) in May. he is exactly 13 years older than me. He will be 33 in May don't be ashamed if you think about it when you are 50 she'll be 40 and that's normal my sis's husband of 6 yrs is ten yrs older too.

Chances are your going to set yourself up for heartbreak. You gonna fall in love with this young beauty and she is going to shit on you one day. Girls that age aren't ready to settle down. A man your age natually may be looking for something long term. I man 32 and dated a 22 year old girl last year and got all gah gah over tapping that young booty (size2) but I quickly realized that the constant partying and the maturity level was quite different!
