I stole $1000 from my boss, the guilt is really starting to get to me...... but because he has no proof and has fired me I'm doing him for unfair dissmissal. The guy was a juirk....old guy preying on young boys, getting them drunk and taking them upto his room makes me sick, using his power to control pretty much do what he want including hiring and firing at will to anyone!!! I worked my arse off for this guy and was still treated like shit!!!
with the two wrongs dont make a right theory though should I confess my sins to relieve the guilt

you are NOT absolved. however, you SHOULD have simply gone to the police or EEOC and found another job. you boss deserves far worse than $1000 theft, and you deserve to be a better person in your life onward.
