I kissed my co-worker, nothing more happened but I am very embaresed to face him anymore.

What should I do and how should I react toward him? please give me some Ideas but dont say to quit that job because it is not a option.

I have no idea!!!! the same thing happened to me and things have been weird since. Before that, we used to hang out together all the time with a bunch of other folks. I am in a relationship and have no plans of pursuing our drunken incident. Will things ever become normal? lately he's been dropping hints that he is an "ass hole" and a player, prob coz he's too embarrassed to talk about it but wants me to get the message that "It's not you, it's me and i am a douche blah blah". I just don't get him
