i have a girlfriend which i love alot. i cudnt be more happy with her. but my friends, including my best friend ive known since kindergarden, hate her. my gf doesnt hate them. my friends are talking behind my back and talking crap about me. they think i dont know they r saying this but i do.... this is really hurting me. especially my best friend is doing this to me. im starting to think they arent my real friends. what shud i do...?

your friends, true friends, accept you as you ARE. think about it -- they can ask and probe if you see everything you should, but once you say you do, they are on your side, or not friends

I think the answer is to find out WHY your friends dislike her so much. They may have reasons for disliking her because they can see things in her that you can't right now. OR they could just be jealous that you're spending lots of time with her. If you plan on being with her for a while, resolving the issue is important, and you shouldn't drop good friends without doing everything you can about it first.
