they say the opposite of love is not hate, but indifference. i've been working and working to try to mend my marriage and myself, and it looks like this wasn't the 11th hour, but 12:01. i'm crying. really. she is my dream and i screwed up. and now, i unscrewed myself, but too late. i have to go to a work dinner, but i just want to crawl under my desk and cry.

You need to take a step back and ask yourself what you would do and what you would want if you were in the other person's shoes. If you are honest with yourself you will know what you need to do next. And remember though it may not always be easy sometimes you just need to cut your losses and move on.

Try emotions. If you've already argued your point as much as you can, be honest with her. Cry in front of her, if necessary, which might help your case in convincing her how much you want to fix it. Honesty works. And if all else fails? Try counseling with someone who's qualified, and in the best case, someone you both trust. An impartial party who has experience in this sort of thing might help you two get through this.

Sometimes it takes a step back and a close look. If she is really your dream simply find something thatshe loves and worship that moment with her. Not make it about her not about savign anything but making sure she sees what made you and her the start. So it does not sem like the end now.At least if it ends it will end on a good note.
