If I had a baby by my biological grandfather, what problems can occur?

I have been having intercourse with my biological grandfather for a while now. I just want to know, if I become pregnant with his child, what problems can occur? Please no rudeness, there is no changing my mind so do not even bother talking me out of our love.
I'm a highschool student and I often have dreams of having a baby (not the process of it) and spending time with it. And in my dreams I usually have a baby girl and name her Ruth. When I wake up I always feel happy. The thing is in life I dream of having a family but my doctor says I have a higher risk then most women of that not happening. So I guess while its a double dream.

He gets mad when I ask why he hasn't and says it will get more serious after the baby is born in May. Shouldn't it get serious now I mean I am not doing anything any he parties all the time, I am thinking of leaving him but it hurts. I mean the baby is basically living already just not where we can see her.
