Old lady lives next door. has 2 (certainly my-tax-funded) home health care folks 16x7 (she must have a pager for nights) and both are super nice, and i believe, Tongan.
The lady is dottering, and over the past decade, i've helped, as is my nature, her turn off fire alarms (she forgets that she's cooking), errands, taking out trash, etc.
She clearly, though, hates anyone who's not a WASP. She'll stroll by in her walker, call out to me by some random name... whatever, and both bitch about her "n-word" help stealing from her (they don't) and could i do a favor for her, and....
It gets worse, but even at that point, i really want to pity her and punch her, too

I agree with Shy. It's a good thing that you've kept your distance. Assaulting someone, esp. when they're that age, is no joke. Not to mention with someone with that attitude, is she worth risking going to jail for?
