i hate upper managemenet. i especially hate upper management that's new and that doesn't know shit. yes, i callled you about this problem last week and you flat out told me you had no clue what i was talking about, and it's only now that i've gone above you that you somehow "recall" what i was talking about in the first place. agh.... i hate you!!!!!! asshole >:o
