those that miss the details in life, miss so much. pity them -- don't hate them. if you want atention in subtle ways, wear a bright pin or glasses frame or something fun that feels fun to you.

Some people are just too noticeable--I should know, I'm one of them, usually. I love to talk, and I do it loudly. I do everything loudly. You should count yourself fortunate that you have the ability to blend into the background, because that will really help you with a lot of things. Like figuring out other people/spying in the CIA/being generally devious and doing fun stuff.
Alternatively, you can start dressing to a blatant stereotype that will get you noticed (like goth or punk) or just dye your hair a bright color, which is fun no matter what the occasion.

Or you can just be yourself. no need to dress up like someone else just to get accepted. That is just silly. Be yourself. That's all that matters. If people you are around now don't pay much attention then they obviously don't deserve yours... ya dig?
