can't figure out why, but saw a kid key a bunch of cars in a row, right where i was parked yesterday. what should i do?

He should pay for the damage he did.

totally! if i see him again, i'm gonna follow him to see where he and his folks live... then report to cops to follow up (at least so i can have a report for insurance!)

Lol. The following might get creepy, but I support the whole idea in general of making him pay.
