It's true, but sadly this is the nature of free will. People change, and peoples desires change, and sadly all we can do is accept this as human nature and the way of the world.

The concept of loyalty is different for everyone. Some people openly advocate infidelity, some people find themselves trapped in an unpleasant relationship and forced to live a life of torture. In truth, it is impossible to make everyone happy, but if couples discuss their concerns, their desires, their hopes and fears, then perhaps they can start to patch up any problems, or at least understand and help eachother.

Perhaps in times gone by, people were more unhappy with their lives. It's just a thought.
