Lazy boyfriend

My boyfriend and I are looking into a place of our own. The thing is I've filled out all I can on the application. For a week now i've been trying to get him to finish it but he won't.....I need help.

just THINK about his -- what's harder about filling paperwork than, say, cleaning, cooking, not being a leech? he's not gonna do those things?

we are about even in completing chores and stuff. we already live together its just we want our own place closer to his work and my school.

Put it somewhere where he can't help but notice it--on the TV, fridge, computer, or something. And then when he sees it tell him that he either helps you out by doing his part or you'll quit trying to get an apartment, so after that if he really wants to live with you he can start the paperwork stuff himself.
