Ok i know I have bitched about my 160 weight for a while and i am 5'7 so it is not really a lot I mean it is healthy but not thin so i need to lose 30 pound i know maybe just tighten up some areas but my step mom comes home last night after her weight watchers meeting and she had lost 177 lbs in 22 months reaching her goal weight of 155. I wish I had the will to do that. I am so proud of her though she had to do something annd it is great that she did. I will not take anything away for what she deserves for that either. Now i need to get motivated to do my 30 pounds.

130 mgiht even be light. i say you put the scale away and just work on the eating habits for a bit, then check in after so you don't get discouraged
