It started without me even knowing who this girl was. She contacted me and you can read all the messages that were sent and received.
The only time I emailed her back was to tell her that I am not who ever she thinks I am. Now she has her boss calling my boss trying to get me fire.
I have report this t o the police and my lawyer.
He says that it falls in a grey area of until it cost me an amount of 5000 or more that it is a civil case. The police detective informs me that the threats are illegal and if she is spotted within 100 yards of my job or my residence than she will be picked up for stalking.
I have emailed the admin who told me to block her
Which started the phone calls from her boss
Now if the Memphis River boats wants to back her,Her boss might want ot know what started this.
And as for the contacting of my boss, that put her boss's name on the harrassment charge and the police report.

Now I have not talk to her boss are his wife in three years when my boyfriend left that job they left my life. I really would like these people to stay out of it. I have not bothered, talk to, or talked about their operation or their employees. I don't understand why they are trying to come back into my life now but i really would love to know how to stop it because I am much older than a high school student and I thought that a owner of a company(memphis river boats inc) would be more mature than this.

Block the emails and block the calls. If your business doesn't have a service where they can block certain incoming calls, then simply don't pick up the phone when the number scrolls across the caller id. Other than that, I really don't think there's anything that can be done. Just don't contact her with any angry emails because it'll just make the situation worse and add more fuel to the fire. Just ignore it and hopefully it'll go away and her anger will fizzle out.
