I'm hesitant to get into a relationship with this guy because he's from a whole different continent/culture. I've lived in the United States my entire life and he's planning to leave after he's done with college. I don't know what to do...

It depends on if you want any permanency. If you're fine being in a transient kind of relationship, there's no problem. But if you're worried you're going to fall in love with him, this definitely needs to be hashed out between the two of you before any of this gets started. To save you pain.
